We are open Monday through Thursday to serve you. Listed below are our hours when we can answer questions or schedule appointments:

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary in coverage from plan to plan, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot assure coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service, we bill insurance companies for services. However, we ask that you pay the estimated patient portion at the time of service. We allow the insurance to render payment within 45 days. We will notify you if there are any difficulties so that you may take appropriate action with the insurance company. If, after 60 days the insurance has not paid, you are responsible for the entire balance. If you have any questions, as always, we are available to answer them.
